Watching? Attending? Participating? I attended NES as a spectator in the stands the past 2 Saturdays and was treated to two very good shows. Looking to make it 3 in a row possibly this Saturday. I'll be watching Indy practice/other on Peacock thanks to the reminders from Greg C. Will also catch up on Flo replays as I'm a few days/about a week behind. Just watched the Super Late Models at Spoon River (not sure where that is?) but it was a good watch if you like Super Late Models. |

Regarding racing plans, guess I'm late to the party. Weather permitting, going to New Egypt. Will DVR the trucks. Regarding last year's winner of a big race at Spoon River, a number that locally arouses a lot of memories. I still prefer Al's classic "292" design. Couldn't find a font to match it. Scott Ely |

I can't do it but other Track Chasers might be interested in a Western PA blended double both nights. Friday Thunder Mountain PA (heats) then Marion Center (features). Stay over for Saturday Hummingbird (heats) then Hidden Valley (features.) |

Going to watch a 4 division show of little cars at Rockfish Speedway in NC. It's sorta near Rockingham. 600s, 250s, Jr Sprints and something else. My buddy who used to race 305s here and midgets with ARDC wants me to go see his son race. A new track for me that I've been wanting to visit for a little while. |

Qualifications for the Indy 500 this weekend. On Saturday, Peacock has practice 8:30-9:30, qualifying from 11:00 till 6:00. NBC will join coverage 2:30 till 4:30. On Sunday Peacock has practice 11:30-1:30 followed by Top 12 qualifying 2:00-3:00. NBC will join in with coverage of qualifying for positions 31 through 33 from 4:00-5:00, then from 5:00-6:00 it's the Fast 6 qualifying to determine the pole position. |

Glad it wasn't a last minute deal hooking the trailer to the truck. Because I noticed the coupler had cracked 1/2 way across the stamping. So I had to weld it back together and put a stiffener on it. If it was my usual last minute rush deal, I probably would not have seen that fracture. Wow ... a good omen for a change. Anyhow going to take the 292 to Shady Bowl ( DeGraff, Ohio) for a vintage show. |
