There's still some races to be run as of this post, but since it's such a huge racing weekend, let us know  where you went/how was the show (as a fan, media, participant, etc.)

...and/or:

What did you watch, and what did you think?

Shoveled 4 yards of garden stone in the morning and then went to New Egypt as a fan. Sat in the pits and got to meet up with an ole buddy of mine that I havn't seen  since 1978! The modified main was very entertianing . Especailly when Grosso and Godown took each other out. 30 modifieds so the heats actualy meant something. Show was over around 9:45 and came home with 4 yards of dust on me. Not really the tracks fault. The wind was blowing directly towards the frontstretch, and with the right rears on these cars so pinned to the track I guess it's to be expected.

Also watched the last 50 or so laps of the 500. What an embarassment! They bent over backwards to give AJ a chance for his car to win with that circus ass red flag with one lap to go. Plus how the hell can anyone bash the NASCAR boys when the Indy clowns were running over the top of each other every lap, and spinning out in the pits, taking out their own teamates?

Even watched about 2 laps of the Monaco race and then realized I would rather stick pins and needles in my eye balls.

Watched the F1 race from Monaco probably for the last time. I hate saying that because of what the race is but it's just not worth my time as a race fan because the race is over at the first turn.

Indy 500 on the other hand was a great race. The red flags were somewhat of a circus and I think they have some work to do in that area but I like that they didn't want a great race to come down to finish under caution. I think they should look at NASCAR's Green White Checkers.

New Egypt as a fan in the stands.Huge crowd and great atmosphere.  It was like going back in time to days of glory.  Modified feature as good as it gets and pleased to see the street stock division car turnout.  Unfortunately the wingless sprints car count was dismal and without any on track entertainment. Having the four vintage cars run useless laps seemed like a waste of time as nobody seemed engaged in watching them.  They're better off staying in the show area were you can really appreciate their history.  Definitely will be back and encourage others who havent been there recently to do likewise.

Watched Monaco which was a waste of time.  Indy 500 lived up to being the Greatest Spectical in Racing.  Looking forward to Nascar double header on Monday.  Go to New Egypt its worth it.

Don't think it was a call to get A.J.'s car the win.  Who owns the track, who owns the series, who owns the car that benefitted from the restart and won?  Something to think about, wish Dave Despain's Windtunnel was still on with conspiricy theories.

Indy 500: fan in the stands. The place looks better than ever. The Penske Way is in full effect at IMS. Restrooms were very very good. We will definitely be back next year Lord willing. Bloomington Speedway: fan in stands. A neat little bullring. Well maintained. The infield grass looks like a golf course it's so nice. The A-main was a snooze but it happens that way sometimes. It's the 3rd or 4th time I've been there but I don't think I'll return only because it's just far enough away from Speedway that the ride sucks each way. That being said, I highly recommend a visit to Bloomington Speedway if you've never been.

Kevin next year take in the lil 500 only 40 miles north of Indy on i69. Get seats high in a corner and you can see the complete track, seats on the straightaways require too much head twisting back and forth.

Watched Indy flag to flag. Don't care if they threw a red at the end, I didn't want to see it end under yellow. Rooted my ass off for AJ's car to win, did anyone see that 88 yr old man pulling tires over the wall on their pitstop? Awesome...wasn't to be though. Say what you want about indy cars, with some of the moves those guys were making they've got balls as big as church bells!

Port Royal Saturday with brother Randy. Bob Weikert Memorial, night 1, All Star Curcuit of Champions. Facility is second to none, the showplace of the East Coast. Also on hand were PASS 305 sprints. Great racing in the heats, but then the show dragged a bit, luckily the 410s ran first. Feature was incredible, ageless veteran Mike Wagner started up front and took off. However, 4th starting Anthony Macri soon caught him, and after the pass was gone! Won by over 9 seconds, banging the wall basically every lap. The kid is exciting as hell, the most dominating win I've seen in a while. Left for home by 10:40, still home at a decent time, even with the detour through town due to a bridge closure over the Juniata River. Mayor Dylan Cisney was also racing, can't remember where he finished in the feature.

Went to New Egypt as a fan in the stands. The Modified feature was fantastic. Godown was flying till he got to Grosso. He eventually got in a tangle with the #24. That caution helped Danny Bouc. On the restart, he had to reel in the # 32 of Grasso to pass him. It looked like Bouc was going to run away till he lapped traffic. As the last lap was about to finish the race. the two made contact in turns 3&4. Grasso had to go to the rear. This put Pauch Jr on Danny's bumper for the restart. Bouc would not be denied. A good field of 29 mods meant the heat races were competitive.  I will agree with what the others said about the dust and the other divisions.

Watched the pre-race ceremony and the start of Monoco. Turned it off after the first 20 minutes of the actual race.

Caught the last 20 laps of Indy, and enjoyed the finish. Just wish they did not have the 3 red flags.

May watch some of the 600 if I get a chance.

Also watched Indy 500 yesterday. Had Monaco on but didn't pay a lot of attention. I fully agree with the late red flags, it was different than NASCAR, because they didn't add extra laps. Great race.

Watching 3 grandkids, ages 2-6, yesterday so only saw the Monaco start which is all you need to see. They left at 6 so headed to Grandview for the TOTH show as a spectator in the stands with some good friends. $30 but well worth it.  Expected a few more invaders but all in all an excellent show with exciting racing.  Inverts made it interesting and caution free feature except for inverts. Close to home and in my driveway shortly after 10.  Will go back when I can for the bigger shows.
