Indycars are racing on the natural road course at Road America. Peacock has Friday practice at 4:00, Saturday practice at 10:55, Saturday qualifying at 1:55, Sunday warmup at 10:10. Sunday's race coverage begins at 1:00 on USA Network and Peacock. I was out there in 1983 for the Indycars and TransAm cars, a beautiful circuit to roam around throughout the day's activities. Mario won the Indycar event. Amazing to me that it's been 40 years! |

Was considering going to Wall until the wife informed me that we have dinner plans for Sat. night. Plan "B" is to watch some racing on Flo. I do plan to go to New Egypt this coming Tues. night. Scott Ely P.S. Wishing all those Dads (racers and non-racers) out there a Happy Fathers Day this coming Sunday.

Port Royal Saturday for a big 3 division show. USAC National Series sprints, USAC Silver Crown and Winged 410 cars. Should be a good show. |

Went to the 100th anniversary for the Laconia N.H.motorcycle rally.Thurs,and Fri.were good for riding.From Laconia went to Arundel,Me. to Bentleys Saloon owned by super modified great Bentley Warren.Wiers Beach was full of motorcycles as expected.Helps Angeles now have there own merch tents to sell apparel. Also stopped by the New England racing museum on the grounds of N.H.International Speedway.Motorcycles were racing on the road course Sunday,Saturday was rained out.Ever go,great state for riding White Mountains are something to see. |
