As provided by Kevin earlier:

We were just advised that everyone attending must stop at the main entrance of the school and check in with security and present a driver license or valid ID.  Sorry for the inconvenience but really not a big deal.

Suggestion:  pull up by the main entrance (top of the hill), run in - check in, and then drive around to the picnic/parking area, which is around the back (around the left side of the building.)

This Saturday July 8th, 1-3 pm at the Matheny School and Hospital. 65 Highland Ave., Peapack, NJ 07977.

The Picnic begins at 1 pm. Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chips, drinks and Ice Cream.  No gifts but Christmassy attire would be great.

Try to arrive aroud 12:45. Check in at Main Entrance with Driver's License/Valid ID (red arrow on map)

Once checked in, drive around to the picnic/parking area (white arrow on map)

Meet and greet the students. Food served during the picnic. 

Hope to see many of you there. Bring the Christams spirit....in July!!!

As noted on the map, the picnic is behind the school, around the Arts building where we had the Christmas Party for a few years.

A huge thank you to those who came out and supported our first annual Matheny Christmas in July. It was hot, but tolerable. It was great seeing the support and seeing the many friends we have not seen in a few years. We kept it small because we were not sure of everything, but if we need to have this July party in the future, we know what we have to tweak.

Again, Thank You. It was wonderful seeing the students we miss. Great hanging with a lot of the friends we have developed over the years through the Christmas party. In the next few days we will post some pictures.

THANK YOU Kev and your Many "Summer Elves"  for putting on a great "JULY" Christmas event today.  These things don't run themselves and they take a lot of planning, shopping, setting up (and tearing down), etc.  My job was really easy. Trade stories with the great racing people in attendance and have a cold beverage and hot dog, a burger, or both!  BUT, the best part is seeing the faces of the Matheny School patients light up when you spend  just afew minutes talking to them, or just hanging out with them!  The huge smile that you get in return for that little bit of time spent with them is priceless.  I hate to be a broken record,  but the Matheny School events that Kevin and his crew put on are a great time, and great therapy for the heart.  THANK YOU AGAIN KEVIN.  Scott Ely 

It was FABULOUS to be a part of the Matheny Christmas in July festivities on Saturday. Major kudos to Kevin, Nan & all who set up the party.  It felt great to see everyone again. Here's hoping we can continue this next year & more moving forward.
