Sad to report the passing of race photographer Bob Snyder. He passed away on September 7th. Below is a link to his obituary. Visitation tomorrow (9/13). I got to know Bob casually at Pburg Mall shows. He was very knowledgble and had a vast array and videos available. Very sad to hear of Bob's passing. Bob was one of those guys that when he spoke to you, you listened to every word. He had provided ideas/advice along the way for us here at the Vault which will always be appreciated. His contribution to capturing the history of the sport through his photography will never be forgotten. My condolences to Dale, and to the Snyder Family on Bob's passing. |
