I'd like to thank Scott Leichliter and his family for sharing these pictures. These few show his mother and grandparents sitting in the hillside stands at Mahoning Valley, and a couple from the pits. |

Great photos Rick! Love the bleachers (2X10s on cinder blocks?). Now is the 88 the first Bicknell and the 47 the first Troyer? Scott Ely |

Thank you to Scott Leichliter for providing the images and for Rick for scanning/posting. My son raced Go Karts at Mahoning in the early/mid 2000's and it was really neat looking at the pictures and thinking about the history... and how it looked and felt back in 1957. |
