I get what they are trying to do, but the most loyal fans in their fanbase just are not into this.  Most people want to do with Nascar what they do with football:  turn the TV on to a known channel at an expected time and watch the race.  Splintering the options is not going to grow the sport. Football can get away with the Amazxon on Thursdays and ESPN on Mondays because there are always games on Sundays at 1 and 4 ET.  Reliably.  Nascar does not have that option - they have one major league product, and it happens once a week.  JMO.

My theory has been that NASCAR was testing Flo with the Whelan Modifieds and would eventually purchase Flo and that is why Flo is alligning itself with so many Series and tracks so they have something to sell. Remember Flo for how great it is today because if NASCAR or ISC get it, you know how that will go.

In 1972, Wide World of Sports showed portions of the Darlington 500 pre-empted by badmitten and croquet. NASCAR fans said then that they don't need this TV thing and that being there or listening on the radio was good enough.  Yes this was made up, but have to allign ourselves with the new or we get nothing.

This past season the Orioles stream a few random games. That sucked for me, and unfortunately is the future of a lot of TV.

I have the same concern Kev...NASCAR buys Flo and ruins it like they did ARCA, NASCAR North, the Modifieds...O and lets not forget how close they came to making the Champ Cars a thing of the past!

With that said, Midgets tonight!

Not surprised, thought it would have happened years ago.  I don't think Nascar's "seniors" fan base will buy the streaming service that carries Nascar races.  Personally, I know I won't.  I admit there was a time when I would give up a Saturday night modified show to watch a Nascar short track race.  That went by the boards years ago.  While on my soapbox, get rid of the low profile tires.  A car blows 2 tires and can't make it back to pit road!  Also, shorten the races,  Tired of hearing, He's just puttin' in laps until its "go time".  Let's get to go time quicker, ok?  Sorry for venting, the streaming thing set me off.  Scott Ely

P.S.  If you don't have it, get FLO before it costs as much as a monthly car payment!

An old saying "Turn out the lights the partys over" looks like not long to go..  Also the independent rear suspension is just a money maker for Nascar.. I heard they have to buy that stuff from Nascar...The old 9" was built by the teams themselves as was the whole car.. Not the same today..Bring your cash and pick up your toy kit...HtH
