Great video, thanks for sharing! Looks like Ted Walters, from Trix Fabrication and former driver of the #01 modified sitting in the stands right in front of the camera around the 22:00 minute mark. I too have a bunch of old videos from 80's New Egypt on Beta that I need to get converted. Once I do I will share them.

The track looked different with the white fence. No puddle in the infield, like Wall.

Thanks for the info Kev! I'll definitely check them out. I've been looking at company called Legacybox but I'm glad to hear there are other options out there. Can't wait to get them converted, I know I have 80's New Egypt, a few Turkey Derby's from the 80's, 80's O.C.F.S., and a few others on tape. Appreciate you providing the information!

I procrastinated for like 5 years. If you do it with I Memories, they send you a box and a lable. It's pretty simple, I still have the box they sent, but ended up using the guy in Old Bridge. Do it soon because these tapes age pretty bad and if you have Beta that is like 1980 technology.  I Memories pretty much guarentees the transfer, even if the tape breaks in the process, which is very possible.
