On joe's March 19 edition of Tuesday night B & W the first photo is the X-9 Mustang of Pepe Fernandex.  Does anyone recognize the quarter panel and front fender markings.  Only the Sinclair name and Z-28 are clear. Thanks in advance.

Oldtimer, Don't know for sure but it could be "Oxford Sinclair".  The photo of Pepe's X-9 sedan on page 7 of the 70s section has "Oxford BP" painted on its side.  I know its common for gas stations to change fuel brands.  Thats what I'm basing my guess on.  Scott Ely

Oldtimer- On page 149 of the 70s section, there's a photo of Pepe's X-9 Mustang with "Oxford Getty" painted on the rear quarter panel.  I think its safe to say that "Oxford" was the gas station's "first name", no matter what they were pumping.  Scott Ely

The decal on the rear 1/4 is Wynns.

One of the decals in the front is Crower Cams I think, and one is also a Wynns.

The one in the center is a mystery....  I thought it was Hooker Headers but after zooming in, I don't think so - Don't know what it is.

Thanks everyone.  I am still hoping to identify the three images above the "Z 28" on the front fender shown in the photo referenced in my first post.  Here is an enlargement.  Directly above the Z 28 looks like a connecting rod but that doesn't make sense to me.

I hope you're building the Mustang, it was twice the car the Camaro was...

Forde (Pepe's son) was in the process of making a replica of the Mustang.   A guy in pa had a bunch of vintage cars, one was one of Pepes.  Forde, me. and Tom Berry went to check it out.   Forde told us it was one of his dads.  I asked Forde if he knew for sure.  He said, "Yes - dad would gusset everything!"

I have a bunch of photos somewhere.

The forward sticker looks like a mini Winns sticker like the right rear 1/4 large one.
