Was that Frank Cozze in the Broas car? I forgot what number he ran for them. Art Broas and another driver dove the others. 6M is Rick Mill in front of The Jeffer in the #74. I thought Toby Jr.'s car was one of the best-looking cars during that time period. Toby's car always stood out in a sea of graphics.

Marty Noll is in the m6.  The 702 at this time was Chuck McKee though Frank Cozze did drive it a few years later in the 90s.  1990 was the year that Cozze won the 200 in the yellow #44 for the 2nd year in a row.

Not sure about him winning the lottery. My honest guess is no-I remember him showing up at Nazareth National in '83 with a very dated pinto for the small block race when most everyone else had more 'modern' cars by then and it was numbered M6.  I know he was from Scranton and had roots at Moc-A-Tek before migrating to Orange County later in the 80s.  His cars at Orange County were always up-to-date and good looking (pretty sure he won a couple features in the small blocks at OCFS), but if they did win money in the lottery to upgrade their equipment, the number was already established.
