Jay won the only feature in that car that owner Gary Phillips won as either an owner or driver. Won at Nazareth. It was an GJ Oliver chassis that Jay build when he worked there. |

Saw Jay win a number of races in a mini-stocks over the years. He also won the big mini-stock race at Pocono in 1976 (that year has come up a lot on the site this week). - David |

Jay is great guy.. Give him and I a couple hours and we can reinvent any wheel and make it faster..Some long discussions during our careers.. we started with Gokarts at 15 yrs old and competing against each other and many other that we beat...Fun times...Take care Jay...and thanks for my first ride in a race car at Flem Speedway...It was the boost I needed at that time...Thank you.
