I am wondering if the 23 in Picture 2 is Harry Steinkopf. Looks like one of his cars.  They were usually white or cream but I am wondering if it is primered in this picture.  

Picture 3- I also thought Joe Kelly in 87.  I remember Joe driving the 87 at Harmony.= in '66 or '67, so it is not a stretch to think he was driving it here.  As I remember the car was gold at this time.  It is the the "3B's" car, right?
