Burnouts and Donuts The practice of doing burnouts or donuts before or after any racing event is now strictly prohibited by the NJ State Police.

The penalty for disregarding this rule before the race will be an immediate black flag.

The penalty for ignoring this rule after the race will be a loss of position; you will receive last place points and payout.
