  If anyone had tried to go to the new Tioga page and found that they could not open the files....that is my doing.  I forgot to open the files up to be viewed by everyone.  Normal step of the process of producing a page.  Simply missed that step.  The files should be able to be viewed now.  Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you to Kevin Eyres for contacting me to report the problem.
