It looks like the rough surface is the "rule rather than the exception" at Oswego.  Is Glenn Donnelly still trying to build and operate that 3/4 dirt mile track near (I think) Brewerton?  If he's given up on it should DIRT look into taking over the project and holding their Super Dirt Week there?  Just a thought.  I'm sure some of you 3Widers know more about this track's progress, or lack there of, than I do.  Scott Ely
