I've studied WWII since I was a little kid way too many years ago.  And yes, I do believe Churchill and FDR knew an attack was coming.  I don't think they knew the exact date and time, or just how devistating it would be.  And they knew it was the only way to get the US involved.  I doubt proof they knew will ever be uncovered during my lifetime.
