I'm sure a lot of us had it in our thoughts, but as the years go by, there are fewer that will remember, or will understand the significance of this date.  Thank you 45yrwallmodfan for your thoughts on the importance of this day.

In 1970, my dad took me to the Drive In that was where Tices LN intersects Rt 18 to see Tora Tora Tora.  He didn't talk much about his years in the military (during WW II), and we didn't really go to very many movies, but I guess this was a way for him to get some of the history and the significance of Dec 7th 1941 into this 9 year old's brain.
