(I remember having an issue like you are describing a few years ago, but haven't had it lately when using a Galaxy Note 8.... not sure if it a phone specific thing or something that the tech guys can address.)

For others having specific tech issues like the one above, feel free to use the "Report a Bug" feature near the top of this board.  Also, please include what you are using to access the site when you are having an issue (IPhone, Android phone, or if using a PC/Computer/Laptop/other, what browser you are using (Firefox, Chome, Edge, etc.,.)
