Regarding the flat tires; I wonder if given all of the technology in the new cars, and the low prfile of the tires they are using, they could devise some sort of internal suspension jacking that would raise the car to the maximum clearance so the cars could drive away rather than needing to get towed?   It would be something that would obviously not be an advantage to use during actual racing, but could minimize the need for wreckers to clear an otherwise minimally or undamaged car.  Just thinking outside the box I guess...
