Great comments from you 3Widers.  That's one of the reasons why I'm on this site just about every day!  This topic got to me to thinking about the sport in general.  I can remember when Jeff Gordon abd Jimmie Johnson could do nothing wrong in Nascar.  Granted, both drivers were in top notch equipment.  But then the cautions don't come at the right time or the late race pit strategy doesn't work, the competition gets better. things like that.

On a lesser scale, I think that happens at our Saturday night tracks also.  Living in the Bucks Co (Pa) Mercer Co(NJ) area, Brandon Grasso and Ryan Godown can't seem to do anything wrong right know.  Not to jinx them but, it wouldn't surprise me if you the wins may start to become a little harder to come by. I think luck plays an important part in all forms of racing.  Case in point, Dominic Buffalino and the Hyneman 126 have had -0- (ZERO) good luck this season.   Scott Ely
