When I raced at P'ville in the 70's  I believe the pits opened  somewhere in the middle of the afternoon if I called at noon and it was raining in Vineland they would almost always tell me  that they were racing. When i got there and they cancelled the races, I never got mad at the promoter i was angrier about not getting my weekly thrill of driving that stock car . I was a young man and not a grumpy old man like I am today.
