The owner.  Doesn't really care about racing any more.  That guaranteed money from Amazon every month is better than trying to make money from the track.  I fully understand cancelling for weather, but at least try to get the show in.  Cancelling 2 days before an event based on a projected forcast is bs.  And by the way, no rain at New Egypt or Bridgeport until the early hours of Sunday morning.  JMO, but I know others feel the same way.
