Where did you go how was the show.

Went to Bridgeport as a fan in the stands, $20.00 adult ticket. The program consisted of Modifieds, Mid Atlantic Sprint Series, Sportsman, and Street Stocks.

Liked - A good field on hand in all divisions, plenty of 2, 3, and occasional 4wide racing in all divisions. First time actually seeing the Sprints there since the old 5/8s day. The track is the perfect size for the 305’s. A few times some drivers looked like they wanted to move the walls out a couple of feet further. The modifieds had some great battles throughout the night. Enjoyed watching Pauch, Buffalino, Watt, and Godown move through the field. Mike Mahaney was in the field last night battling Willy Osmum III and Danny Sammons Jr.  The track was smoother than normal and had very little dust. Even with a thin field of Street Stocks, they put on a decent feature.

Dis-liked : Not much really just wish they would leave one of the divisions off when the Sprint Cars are there. Another is the constant grooming between features makes for a long night.  A few flats during the Modified caused delays so they get time to change them. It adds up to a longer night than necessary.

Notes - Godown is on rails this year winning the Modified feature. Howie Finch, Eddie Wagner, and Jeff Dirkes won their features.

Going back soon - absolutely!

Few pictures after the Sprint car feature and tech of the street stocks below. I took all photos.
