So what happened at the Pocono Race today got me thinking.  Why do Teams cheat?  And if they are caught, do you think differently of them regarding all of their wins?

There is the conversation that tracks look the "other way" for  some Teams as they draw people to the stands.  With that, do you think tracks do enough to tech cars?
