Why doesn't nascar make the rulebook alot more similar to the 70's and before?........the past few decades have been designed to be IROC races  with everybody being forced into cookie cutter pigeon hole.  The powers that be have ruined what was once the pinnacle of racing sanctioning bodies. I went to my last race in 94, I get free tickets from vendors from my business to at least 12 events every year. I give them all away
