NY: Middletown, Bridgehampton Race Course (for Can-Am sports cars in 1969)

Wisconsin: Milwaukee (1982 Indy Cars) and Road America (1983 Indy cars)

Indiana: Indianapolis Motor Speedway (2007 and 2016, practice & qualifications)

PA: Allentown Fairgrounds (1965 USAC sprints), Dorney Park, PPL Center, Reading, Grandview, Williams Grove, Hamlin, Borgers (dirt & asphalt), Nazareth 1/2 mile, Nazareth figure 8, Nazareth National 1 and 1/8 mile, Nazareth National Motor 1 mile dirt, Nazareth 1 mile asphalt, Pocono tri-oval, Pocono 3/4 mile oval, Pocono two configurations of road course (both Formula 5000 races)
