Said news for all short track fans, as this probably won't be the last speedway/racing facility that CoPart buys based on their past and current actions.

I didn't see anything about the sale of the speedway in this week's AARN which doesn't really matter at this point having now seen the release provided from Grandview Speedway regarding the sale.  (Don't know if AARN was blindsided, or if perhaps as a courtesy to Grandview Speedway, they sat on the story for a few days to allow the owners of the speedway to handle the rollout of the news.)
