So that picture of the  Grandview 50 year tribute car I took at Motorsports in 2012. So I went on youtube and brought up that race and sure enough the car is in the race. Brad Missimer was listed as the driver. Go to the 28 second mark on the youtube video. I saw this picture on Brads Facebook page too.
