Per race recap and results in Dick Wallen's 1970s book, I agree with you. Book mentions the Dockery/Stephens incident on first lap, also lists Stephens in a #58. It is the June 14, 1970 race, the last Indy car race at Langhorne. Race was won by Bobby Unser. I regret that I never got to see a race there. I did get to watch a live telecast of that race, was produced by a sports network and was televised locally on a UHF channel that I was barely able to pick up.  I recall the Sam Sessions crash into the front guardrail and the time it took to free his legs from the crash.
