It's the same way over here in Pennsy. They finally finished rt.33 to rt. 78 a few years back and the warehouses started springing up.There is a couple of old racers involved in a zoning dispute right now concerning a warehouse between Wind Gap and Saylorsburg. Maybe they will put in an indoor racetrack.
