That's Al Michalchuk in the #4 on the inside of Stan Ploski in the #76 (exiting turn 2 at EWS.)

This picture has to be from very, very late in 1973, as Al only ran this configuration once I think.  The next year, this frame had a purple Gremlin body on it with a yellow #4, and the sedan body in this picture was used by Al for the sedan he built over the 73 - 74 off season.
