Smokey Mountain Speedway in Maryville TN. I was in the pits to watch the Steel Block Bandits Late Model series with a 50 lap $5000 to win race. 47 cars in the pits from 9 states. 4 heats with 4 qualifying and 2 B mains  with 4 out of each. The feature went from green to lap 47 caution free with cars passing the whole way. Lap 47 saw one car slap the backstretch wall to bring out the caution. The next 3 laps ran of quick with Skip Arp winning. The lare models were joined by sportsmen late models and front wheel drive that had about 15 cars each. Show started on time 630 and was over about 1030. Very well run show with very little down time. Will I return, yes will be back sometime this summer.
