Uncle Tom it goes both ways.. Some owners are happy you got 5th and were just riding around waiting on the car and track to get right and others dont care what it looks like after the feature as long as you were battling for the lead...

Here is a fact for you...  Rios R10 was a mess after we won Windsor on the belly pan and beat Horton and Dave Kelly... They were so happy we worked all night to go to bridgeport the next night..Was running 5th ater starting 14th and ran out of fuel with 5 to go..  A piece of sharp body tin was rubbing a return line and emptied the tank..  Frankie was so happy he paid me for 5th.. Not many owners do that..  Also Ace lane could not keep that picture in stock...  I think it made the cover of East Windsors weekly Magazine....
