Driver's names that you can tie in to The 4th of July, The Revolutionary War, or our country's independance (founding father's names, revolutionary war heros.....  (Were there any driver's named "Revere?" )

Car #'s that could be somehow tied in to the 4th, or "explosives/fireworks?"

Here's somewhat of a stretch, but just to get you started......  Revolutionary war's Molly Pitcher (gave water to the troups over by Freehold during the battle of Monmouth) and Ken Johnson's #64 that has "Moly Black Gold" as a sponsor.... (Yea, it's spelled different, but you get the idea....)
