Bill Wishnick was very wealthy and owned Kendall Oil. He owned two Modern Stocks which were driven by himself and Lee Taylor. One of the cars was built by Troyer Engineering. The cars were taken care of by Big Joe (last name?)   Crazy Eddie sponsored the second car and was driven by Jerry Carrol who was the Carzy Eddie commercial character not the owner of Crazy Eddie's, that was Eddie Antar.  Bill Wishnick won two races, 8-22-1981 and 5-2-1982. Jerry won a feature on 8-20-1983. Lee Taylor won 18 times in the Modern Stocks, mostly in Wishnick's cars. He also  won the championship in 1981.

Bill was a super nice guy who loved racing cars and boats. He used to race in the Benihana Grand Prix each summer in Point Pleasant. He often brought a lot of the boat racers to the track. One night sitting with us in the grand stands was Rocky Aoki, owner of Benihana Restaurants. He was into everything including boat racing and record hot air balloning. Cool guy to meet as a 15 year old.  Last saw Bill in Daytona where he was sposoring Kenny Wallace, he had a tent there and invited 15 of us in to eat and enjoy, he loved talking Wall Stadium.
