Oldtimer- Don't know if this helps but Slotcar Fever has decals listed for the Vince Conrad 37 Ford coupe # 9.  The site does have a photo of the side of the car but not the trunk.  If its really important to you, the site shows a cost of $10.00 for the decals, which I'm ASSUMING would include any lettering on the trunk.  The decal is SlotCar #SCF-340-C.
