If you are a registered user, and are logged in, if you create a post, and then hit "submit", your post will show up immediately.

If you are not a registered user, or if you are a registered user but didn't log in for that session, and  then create a post and hit "submit", your post will sit in an cue until one of the moderators logs in... sees it... reads it... and approves it.

Posting multiple times doesn't make it show up faster.  It just means that the moderators have read through and then delete mulltiple redundant posts.

For anyone looking to register, find the logo at the top of The Message Vault and click just above it, where it says "REGISTER", and follow the steps.
