40 years ago 4 young racer freinds -my self , artie lentini ,dave bodine .freddy berger jr [raced urc sprints] decided to meet at arties shop and go to times square for new years eve - we took arties work panel van in wich only had 2 seats so artie came up with 2 foot stools for freddie and i to sit on and hang on to the back of the front seats - so artie had a blast at every red light gassing it so fred and i would go rolling up against the back doors and the passanger side mirror got broke in nyc so when bodine was driving back he would blow the horn before switching lanes - i could go on all night -was talking to freddie about that night yesterday -what a hoot ,great times with great people - we really miss artie rip
