I'll bet there are still a lot of parts, or pieces, or tools out there that once maybe had a more "significant" purpose than being used for in more recent years, but it doesn't take away from their history.

I've been told that there are some trailers out there that were from back in the day, or at least part of them were and then modified for more recent use.  I'll bet there's shop equipment and tools that once were used to create racecars, or to repair those that needed repairing...

...Maybe now just sitting in somebody's tool drawer waitin' to be called on again.....
