Great read on football or baseball stadiums becoming race tracks.Did you know that there was a race track in Queens N.Y. called Dexter Park.It hosted major and minor league baseball until 1951 and ran stock cars an migets until 1955.A lack of attendance and rise in property value led to its demise.
