absolutely  100% correct, Kev--IN 1977 my friend   Jack Ely was racing at NASCAR  NES and had a massive heart attack in the car during the feature and passed-

His wife, Mary jo AND the kids GOT nothing & no help from Nascar at all-not even insurance money----shame with all their gazzilions of dollars --
