I know absolutely zero when it comes to setting up a racecar, but I do remember back in 90's that there was always talk about keeping the weight on the left rear for good drive coming out of the corner...  The Green Machine below of Jim Shampine from the 1970s's at Oswego (Rich Young Photo) looks like it has a lot of inside (left) weight:

40 years later, outside weight?
