Bridgeport - Doug Hoffman's #1 on display  

Saw the Doug Hoffman/ Billy Taylor 1996 Syracuse winning racer at Bridgeport's STSS Doug Hoffman "60 Over" event.  I know the hot rods have all looked the same for quite awhile now, but I just love the looks of this car.  No fancy paint schemes, graphics or numbers, just one beautiful machine.  Scott Ely

P.S. The track was dusty and a little rough, but overall I thought the 60 Over show was a good one. And it looks like you could touch the clouds from the new pit bleachers!
