I remember at Flemington one night, I was standing on the Electric truck with track electrician Maurice Barrick and Bob Sherry. Roger Furstenburg was out on the track in the sportsman feature. I could see he had a left front flat, so I jumped off the truck and ran all the way across the pits and yelled to his guys (LEFT FRONT FLAT)! They all jumped off the top of the trailer and started gather their stuff when Fritz Epright who was next door jumped off his trailer and grabbed the floor jack.I remember him saying only put 3 lugs on. The pack is on the back stretch. We got Roger out just in front of the pack.
