Joe, Wow that's brutal! I don't think we had a/c until I was about 10 years old. My father being the depression era minded that he was had a sheet of plastic hanging in the hall to seal off that end of the house. We'd go to bed and wouldn't you know at about 2-3 in the morning he'd get up and shut that window unit down and open up the windows! Gotta save on the electric...LOL He felt by 2-3 oclock it had cooled down enough. We'd be soggy in no time. Classic stuff right there! Rich
