...'Lots of times the driver/team who is favored to win, wins.  But every once in a while, as a fan, we're treated to those times when the underdog, or someone who wasn't on anyone's radar, at the end of the race, was the one standing in victory lane holding the checkered flag!

It may have been a big high profile event, or maybe just a regular weekend feature (any division), but let us know a time that you remember where you saw a "Big Upset!"

Let us know the driver's name and the track and anything else you'd like to add about the event.

It could be dirt, asphalt, small track, national track.... whatever.  Just let us know what memory you come up with when we ask you to remember "The Biggest Upset."

Driver/Team:________________

Track:____________________

Additional Info (who they beat, other,):___________________

Thanks, and as always, have fun thinking about this weekend's trivia question.

Won the 1990 Daytona 500 for Bob Whitcomb after Earnhardt blew a tire on the last lap. Not sure, but it may have been his only Cup win. I wasn't the only one there that reveled in Earnhardt's misery either!

I was there (Daytona) too Steve and that was definitely a huge upset.

He also won at Dover probably the same year, and I think I was there too.

I know Billy is considered one of the best, but for me his victory in the 1993 Flemington ( laps on 200 on asphalt?) ROC race.  He started last in Mario Fiore's #44.  I believe a car he never sat in until that race.  Scott Ely

Bob Weisenmeyer #32A

This tells the story really well. I was familiar with the car from Wall and Old Bridge where it was somewhat of a mid field car. It sure worked great on dirt though. :)
