Agree totally. Positions should not be able to decrement or increment during total course yellows for the stages. For the safety of the pit crew guys, they could also pit odd and even according to pit box #. Odd first lap, even second lap. They should not count any yellow flag laps at all, and junk the overtime finish rule also. Cut the races to 350 miles if necessary
