Running on the mile made for a challenging race, drivers did not run too many races on a mile track and in my opinion made for a more challenging and interesting race. Also looking at the drivers roster the field of drivers were mostly New York and some Canadian drivers, I only counted 2 drivers that run Bridgeport. Tom D.
