This car looks like a 33 or 34 Ford three window coupe. For Chevrolet, the 1935 Master series was the first all steel roof. The Standard series was a carry-over from 1934 and still had a soft top. The first Fords with an all steel roof were 1937s - all models. Not sure about Mopars but it may have been 1936 - definetly by 1937.
