Pocono Raceway has done an amazing job marketing their races. They don't clobber you over the head with pricing. Motorhome was $250 for three days and includes an all access (except pits), two tickets to everything.  They kind of open their grounds and say "Enjoy" in a good manner.  The infield camping was completely sold out and is quite enjoyable with bands on the big stage and a lot to do and see. I have been going off and on since 1977 and "What a difference"!  We left late Saturday afternoon after the truck race, but seeing the crowd on TV Sunday, it was very good.  A little refinement, which you can see they are working on under the main grandstand and Pocono will be a top facility. They are kind of the outlaw track in NASCAR terms, being privately owned.  They are really investing back into themselves and good to see they are making it, because there were a few very lean years there.  The once a year race may have made the difference.

Had an enjoyable race sitting with Uncle Tom in the main grandstand.  I think it was $35 for general admission, which meant sit wherever you want except the seating under cover. Tom saved us second row from the top, out of the sun. A few cold beers and laughing at a few of the drunks around us. Poconos site lines basically suck being the longest front stretch in NASCAR, but what you can see, especially pit road, is good.  You got the Truck Race, Cup Practice and qualifying and the Xfinity race for $35...Great Deal!

Will I go back, Yes.  Only if Stewie can finish a race there!!!
